Infinity IL40 Tower Speakers
These puppies can sing! They're made with a three-way design, meaning there is a speaker for bass, mids and highs in each box. The woofers are 8 inch so unless you listen to a lot of electronic music with deep bass tones, you won't really be needing a subwoofer. They will fill up your space with full range sound. Another benefit of these Infinitys, which by the way are basically JBL speakers, since the company was owned by Harman at the time of manufacturing, is that they are very responsive or efficient. That means that you don't need a huge amplifier to power them, although to get the most bandwidth out, having a nicer amp wouldn't hurt as long as you make sure not to overdrive them. All this translates to: most if not all standard AVRs or home theater receivers should have plenty of power to make these speakers sound great and bring you years of enjoyment!
